2. What data we process

We process the personal data you send us by email — usually your name, company, work email, phone number and the details of your request — when you contact us, request a quote or book a training course.

The Technical Assessment Quote tool and the course quote run in your browser. When you generate a PDF, the details you enter (name, company and work email) and a summary of your request (selected service, quantities, estimated price and, if provided, the records link) are sent to Harrier Aviation Advisory so that we can follow up on your quotation. Requests sent through the contact form are received in the same way. Other information you enter in the tools is not stored.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and preparing quotations — pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Providing contracted services and invoicing — performance of a contract and legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
• Occasional professional follow-up with existing clients — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR); you can object at any time.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Client data are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell or share your data. They are processed by our service providers under data processing agreements: email and document storage (Microsoft 365), and website hosting and form handling (Netlify). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to antonio@harrieradvisory.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
