LLP back-to-birth records recovery
When an LLP’s trace has gaps, we recover the missing documents through our industry network — so the part keeps its value.
Scope
- Gap analysis of the back-to-birth chain
- Identification of the record holder: operator, MRO or OEM
- Recovery through Harrier’s industry network, with your prior approval
- Validation of every recovered document
You receive
- Recovered documents added to the LLP package
- Updated traceability status and PMTS
- USD 200 per recovered document
- Charged only on success
How pricing works
One fixed fee per asset, set by your closing turnaround.
The fee covers the records review, project coordination and open-items follow-up through closing. If closing runs past five weeks, follow-up continues at a fixed weekly rate agreed up front. Shop visit management and teardown / part-out management are quoted per project, based on scope and duration.
